When I am not behind the camera, you can find me with my friends and family, most likely soaking up the cuteness of my nieces and nephews. I love to travel, adore mini-Dachshunds as if I own one, and think chocolate should be an essential part of one's diet, like vitamins. I crave the first sip of my morning green tea, the feeling of laughing so hard that your stomach hurts, and reading a book that makes you turn the pages until the wee hours of the morning.
Sharing my love of photography with others is and has been such a blessing and joy, and I am ever grateful to my Savior, Jesus Christ, for being the master Artist in my life. If you would like to experience my passion for photography first hand, please feel free to send me a message. I would love to hear from you!
It happened by chance. We were setup on a blind date per say. I didn't think much of it at the time or about the future or what might come of my fateful encounter. Proverbial wisdom suggests that you usually meet the love of your life when you least expect it. That's how I met photography.
Years later, upon looking back, I see God's hand in this setup. He was the secret matchmaker behind all this. And my relationship with photography has since been one that is shaped by faith, continual growth, constant learning, and passion. Lots of passion. Yes, sometimes the click of my Canon makes me weak in the knees, and I feel like I am back on my first date, hoping the minutes go by extra slowly so I don't have to say goodnight.
"My absolute favorite thing is to capture the emotion and personality of my subjects, in a natural light space."
